BL-16 通用平衡机计算机电测仪

     这是一个关于平衡机的专用电脑,可以处理平衡机的各种工况信号。可以标定为单面与双面测量模式。

   电测箱的核心电路是,32位工业单片机交流直接高速全波采样,软件正弦波相关函数滤波具有良好的滤波及频率跟踪性能。由于跟踪范围宽电测箱仅用一挡转速工作范围方便了用户。特别是采用了自动带宽切换电路合理地解决了电测箱响应的快速性与稳定性之间的矛盾,使本电测箱具有优良的低速性能。本电箱的转速指示80-2500RPM.

      本电测箱可以在设定转速下自动记忆测量数据。再次开机时,电箱自动进入下次测量。 “记录”按键。如果用户需要以书面形式记录测试结果,按下“记录”按键后,电测箱将此时的测量数据记录到SD卡(或tf卡)上,以便永久记录或打印测试报告。

   本机采用全矢量解算,通过传感器测量的K系数组,矢量计算出以上C影响系数组。 解算精度好坏与两组传感器的测量点位置有重要关系。取信号的位置对应于转子的加重面(解算面)的测量差异度最大点。(也就是说的机械结构决定的测量信号分离度)。

  相位计算范围 360

  由于采用全矢量运算,分离度计算在数值上没有限制,换句话说在平衡机上左右传感器线换插也可以做出正常的分离计算。

  标定的结果决定于标定的方式,加重标定结果显示的是多出的量,采用去除不平衡量的方式进行工艺平衡。

  电测箱能够测量完成后随时变换为180度加重的工艺平衡。

    dp2= |V2/ VR0 %|    当小于30%认为标定不足。

    每个转子的存储参数为11个数值

The core circuit of the electrical measuring box is that the 32-bit industrial single-chip microcomputer AC direct high-speed full wave sampling, software sine wave correlation function filtering, with good filtering and frequency tracking performance. Because of the wide tracking range, the electric measuring box only uses the first gear speed working range, which is convenient for users. In particular, the automatic bandwidth switching circuit is adopted to solve the contradiction between the rapidity and the stability of the response of the electric measuring box, which makes the electric measuring box have excellent low-speed performance. The speed of the electric box indicates 80-2500rpm

The electric measuring box can automatically memorize the measured data under the set speed. When starting up again, the electric box will automatically enter the next measurement. Record button. If the user needs to record the test results in writing, after pressing the "record" button, the electrical test box will record the measured data to the SD card (or TF Card), so as to record or print the test report permanently.

This machine uses full vector calculation, through the sensor measurement of K series array, vector calculation of the above C influence system array. The accuracy of the solution is closely related to the position of the measuring points of the two groups of sensors. The position of the signal corresponds to the maximum measurement difference of the weighted surface (solution surface) of the rotor. (that is to say, the mechanical structure determines the degree of separation of the measurement signal).

Phase calculation range 360 degrees

Due to the use of full vector operation, the calculation of separation degree is not limited in numerical value. In other words, the normal separation calculation can be made by replacing the left and right sensor lines on the balancing machine.

The result of calibration depends on the way of calibration. The result of weighted calibration shows the excess quantity. The method of removing unbalance is used to balance the process.

The electric measuring box can change to 180 degree weighted process balance at any time after the measurement is completed.

Calibration quality factor DP1 = | V1 / vl0% | percentage ratio of standard quantity and initial quantity

DP2 = | V2 / vr0% | when it is less than 30%, it is considered that the calibration is insufficient.

The storage parameters of each rotor are 11 values:

After the calibration is completed, exit the calibration state.
