大型低速转子的平衡

水泥磨机风选机转子

  必须具备较大的拖动功率,低速测量能力的电测系统,比较干净的电磁环境。例如:大型矿物磨机转子(直径大于4米)等。

 大规格平衡机选择的技术条件:  大直径平衡机的验收方法就是用大转子验收。

大规格的平衡机出于安全的考虑,使用时要完善考虑运转安全性,不要拍脑门使用,要清楚转子的运转参数是不是在工作范围之内!!!

  它的说明书具备完整的设计参数图标,它不止一个参数图表。这些是平衡机使用厂家的技术人员必须知道的运转根据。

   特点:驱动功率要考虑用户的转子的具体情况进行确定,而不是问用户要多大功率。

要拿到用户的最大转子的使用参数,平衡机生产厂家计算用多大的驱动功率才可以满足测量时的需求。

   平衡机的驱动功率与测量系统有一个交叉参数,就是测量转速,与驱动转速。

如果你的测量系统是200rpm开始测量,那么你的驱动系统得满足此要求。

    例如:2000kw的一个风机如果工作转速是500rpm,那么它运转到200rpm时是128kw。

而140rpm是43.9kw

    所以一个能测量低速的测量系统,是大型风机平衡机的必备条件---------------

 

本机特点:  

1 驱动功率较大。

2 测量转速低 80转/分开始测量

3 较大的工作直径(风机的特点)。

4 重型平衡机(大于10吨)的支撑滚轮必须满足工件轴的最大接触压强条件(满足正压力方向的弹性工作范围,以避免接触表面的疲劳破坏)。也就是滚轮的工作直径必须足够大,才可以保证接触的面积足够大。否则会伤害客户的产品轴(疲劳压伤,与塑性变形压伤)。

5 过载能力较大(两倍),铸钢整体测量刚度梁,线性度保持大于最大质量的两倍以上。

6 有制动功能,尤其是大型平衡机。大型的转子的惯性停车会在20分左右延续。有制动功能可以在1-3分内停车。

7 大型平衡机有多级变速箱(4-5级减速6倍以上)

 

小风机转子的平衡

风机转子旋转时有轴向力的产生,因此用皮带驱动的模式进行工艺平衡会产生轴向力,由于约束干扰,平衡精度难于满足要求。同时平衡工艺的效率也比较低。

YYW-30型平衡机是本厂最新设计制造的一种 高效率小规格平衡机。

本机主要解决小风机的动平衡工艺问题,满足工厂生产规格配套。

特殊的小规格万向节结构,解决了小转子的万向节影响问题。

极小高速转子的平衡

需要极低电磁噪声的电测技术,以及软支承小型平衡机。例如牙钻转子,小直流电机转子等。

    RYQ-5型 软支承高精度平衡机

   本机的测量机构与老式软支承平衡机相同,从机械结构与电测系统完全经过重新设计改进,机械的耐用度大为提高。

  支承架:软支承架结构简单,性能稳定。采用速度传感器,没有侧向灵敏度,对限位要求较低,使得操作要求简便快捷。结构紧凑,牢固可靠,其力学模型合理,转子的实际不平衡量能通过支承架和传感器真实地反映出来。而这正是保证平衡机测量精度最基础的一个环节。平衡状况可以直观用手去感觉状态。

   小转子的平衡是比较麻烦的,软支承模式是最接近运转状态的模式,几乎可以工作转速测量。所以高精度平衡最好以软支承模式为上。

   这几年的软支承平衡机市场拥有量下降,是由于机器的结构故障率高造成的,现在我们设计出一个超低故障率的机架。

现场平衡

有些转子只能在现场平衡,需要有现场平衡仪,以及现场平衡工艺的娴熟操作经验。例如:不可以拆装的风机转子。测试方法参考------机械振动原因

 

 

多节传动轴的平衡

   需要有多面信号切换的电测系统,多个摆架。由于端面齿具有传动力矩大的优点,所以现在许多的货车采用这样结构的传动轴,但是端面齿的结构不宜做到一致的同心度,所以采用单节平衡的方式不能解决其平衡问题,只有模仿其工作状况的平衡方法才可以解决其振动,烂胶套(中间支撑轴承)的问题。

    五摆架四轴联调,这是解决“端面齿传动轴”平衡问题的唯一办法。

 

 

 

高速转子的平衡

  需要挠性平衡技术,电测系统采用影响系数法进行解算。例如:化工行业用的高速压缩机。

 

有当量块转子的平衡

  需要有多面解算能力的电测系统,同时可以定矢量解算。例如:发动机的曲轴平衡工艺。

Multi-section drive shaft balance:
