YYW-5000A型动平衡机是本厂针对通用机电行业专门设计制造的一种平衡机。本机设计为卧式硬支承、万向节传动、平皮带传动、数字表显示等通用形式，具有通用卧式硬支承平衡机的特点。其两项主要参数为：最大平衡转子直径2000毫米;最大转子质量5000公斤,可保证以最高灵敏度检测绝大部分尺寸适用于本机的转子。

本机配套了万向节与圈带传动双装置。

传动方式采用橡胶平皮带传动，传动平稳性好，可适用于维修行业的多品种单件平衡工艺要求；压电式力传感器作为机电换能机构，取代了以往的加速传感器及放大机构，更符合平衡机的测力原理，且结构轻巧、安装方便、灵敏度高；以光电传感器作为相位基准信号源

HP16电测箱是一个平衡机专用电脑，只要你稳定测量数据，按记忆键，记忆好数据。然后客户需要不同的解算结果，可以输入对应的 a，b，c，r1，r2参数，马上得出对应的计算结果。而且可以随时改变计算参数，直接得出改变后的计算结果。

可以先输入参数a，b，c，r1，r2，加重、去重方式，以及静偶、支承模式等等。也可以后输入，也可以随时修改，电测箱会随时变换输出新参数对应的数值。

用最新的32位cpu工业计算机芯片，高速动态交流采样，可设置参数的数字优化动态滤波。

计算机软件矢量解算测量数据，全界面数字显示形式。该机具有以下特点：计算机测量系统以数字显示方式，可直接读出偏重（轻）量的大小（公斤或克）、相位（度）。

存储99个转子a，b，c，r1，r2，输入参数。

   开机后打开记忆键，直接测量动平衡数据，自动记忆并且停车后再输入或修改a，b，c，r2，r1支承方式等参数，电测箱会自动重新计算分离结果。停车后可以看静不平衡量值。
