1, overview
With the development of modern industry, high precision and high speed rotating machinery, to eliminate the vibration of the machine has become increasingly important for rotating machinery (such as motor, blower, diesel engine, automobile, aircraft), the vibration of rotating components will directly affect the efficiency of the machine, the machine life and personal safety, unbalance and is one of the main reason of rotating machinery vibration, so in order to effectively solve the problem of the vibration of the machine, the rotary body (hereinafter referred to as the rotor dynamic balance test) is one of the essential technical measures.
Hard bearing balancing machine is universal balancing machine model has been developed rapidly in recent years, the use of a relatively wide range, it has the characteristics of high efficiency, simple operation, intuitive display, rapid measurement, good stability, is a kind of dynamic balancing equipment is more advanced, dynamic balancing is suitable for all kinds of rotating parts. This series of balancing machine become more and more popular with users of the products.
YFW-10000 type fan impeller balancing machine is our factory for wind turbine manufacturing industry specially designed a balancing machine manufacturing. The machine is designed for horizontal hard bearing, universal joint drive, digital display and other general forms. The machine has the following characteristics:
A: the measurement system can choose digital display mode, which can directly read the weight (kg or gram) and phase (degree) of the light weight. It also has the function of self checking for unbalanced memory and measurement system.
B: the measuring system adopts a novel electrical measurement circuit and a reasonable structure layout. All linear and digital integrated circuits are both international and domestic, and have been produced in the standard series of dual in line packages. The data transmission relays are controlled by program-controlled switches. The relays are of high reliability and easy maintenance.
C: the core circuit of the electric measuring box is a tracking bandpass filter, which has good filtering and frequency tracking performance. Because the automatic band switching circuit is adopted, the contradiction between the rapidity and stability of the response of the electric box is solved reasonably, so that the electric measuring box has good low speed performance.
D: the mechanical and electrical energy exchange unit adopts piezoelectric sensor. Because of no mechanical movement, the malfunction rate is very low, and the low speed performance is good (the minimum speed is 60 rpm).
E: in addition to the characteristics of the universal horizontal hard support balancer, 2 important parameters have been given for the balance characteristics of fan impeller. First, the maximum balance rotor diameter of 3500 mm (35 fan impeller); second, the maximum rotor mass of 10000 kilograms, to ensure that the highest sensitivity testing most of the size of the impeller for the machine.
