YFW-300 balancing machine is the factory for the wind
turbine factory designed and manufactured a balance machine.
The machine's mechanical system parameters are optimized for
their frequent start-up.
The machine is designed for horizontal hard support,
universal joint drive, and other general forms. The overload
capacity of the machine is larger and the short term load is
more than 2 times.
Our balancing machine is very important to reflect the
nature of the balance of the machine, the replacement of
different rotors is not re-calibration, direct use on the
line.
The measuring part of the balancing machine uses a closed
load cell: it has the advantages of no bump, high
sensitivity and durability, low speed measurement
performance, axial force interference and speed sensor.
In addition to the characteristics of a universal horizontal
hard bearing balancing machine, but also specifically for
the balance of the characteristics of the fan impeller given
two important parameters.
