    Yfw-5000 large-scale balancing machine is a kind of balancing machine specially designed and manufactured by our factory for the fan manufacturing industry. This machine is designed for horizontal hard support, universal joint drive, digital meter display or computer digital display and other general forms. In addition to the characteristics of general horizontal hard bearing balancing machine, three important parameters are given specially for the balancing characteristics of fan impeller. First, the maximum balanced rotor diameter is 3000 mm (impeller of No. 30 fan); second, 37 kW stepless speed regulating motor is adopted to ensure the necessary motor starting mode and power for balancing the impeller of No. 30 fan; third, the maximum rotor mass is 5000 kg, which can ensure that most of the dimensions measured with the highest sensitivity are applicable to the impeller of this machine. Open the memory key after starting the machine, directly measure the dynamic balance data, input or modify the parameters such as a, b, c, r2, r1 support mode after the memory stops, and the electric measuring box will automatically recalculate the separation results.

After parking, you can see the static unbalance value.

When the speed is set, it can automatically judge that the measured data is stable and effective. If the data is stable, the electric measuring box will automatically memorize it.

At the set speed, enter the data measurement and memory independently, and then drive the main engine to stop automatically.

In case of power failure, the last memorized measurement data shall be retained: restart the machine --- the electric measuring box displays the last memorized measurement data.

Self test function of measuring system.

The magnification of the automatic control system is convenient for some process requirements requiring fast operation.

It can be used to solve the balance problem of non ideal rotor.

Customer calibration can be carried out in accordance with the procedure, and the influence coefficient can be calculated automatically.

If the customer's calibration rotor is not in good condition and the calibration is not ideal, the factory calibration status can also be restored.
